Cantrell's pentology : A case Report.

ABSTRACT: Pentology of Cantrell is an extremely rare condition. We report a variant of pentology of Cantrell, with omphalocele, diaphragmatic defect, pericardial defect and distal sternal cleft. The patient was managed surgically with primary closure with prosthetic mesh. He was followed up for 6 months.
