ABSTRACT: Unilateral Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease in children is rare. Association of this rare entity with another rare condition in children, Klippel Trenaunay syndrome is presented in this case report. Clinical features and the details of the management of this child are described. Literature review is made.
