Warthin's tumor in children : a case report

ABSTRACT: Warthin's tumor, a benign parotid gland tumor, has been rarely reported in the pediatric age group. The literature shows its incidence as less than 1 percent of all salivary gland neoplasms in children. We report a case of Warthin's tumor, in a 3-year-old child, who presented with a swelling over the partoid region. Histopathological examinations confirmed the diagnosis and a surgical excision was done.
