ABSTRACT: Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy is a well recognised procedure for infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (IHPS). The authors present a new technique of using an indigenous endoknife for laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. This technique has been used successfully in ten infants and is safe and effective.
