ABSTRACT: This is the report of a 13-year old girl who presented with symptoms of coughing after feeds and recurrent chest infections for past 3 years. Chest radiographs demonstrated consolidation. Contrast swallow and upper GI endoscopy demonstrated a left esophagobronchial fistula. Surgical treatment completely cured the patient.
