We would like to show here, a rare case of a large lipoblastoma of the lower abdomen and groin including labia [Figure 1]a in a 5 year old girl, causing her difficulty in ambulation. Lipoblastomas mainly occur in infants and children,[1] with the most common location being extremities and trunk.[2] Ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging [Figure 1]b and tissue biopsy are the definitive ways of diagnosing lipoblastomas. Attempt to completely excise the tumor without damaging surrounding tissues is important and was also performed. The patient is doing well on follow-up, with no recurrence.{Figure 1}
